34 rAnd I will silence in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem the voice of mirth and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, sfor the land shall become a waste.
11 pThis whole land shall become a ruin and a waste, and tthese nations shall serve the king of Babylon useventy years.
18 cJerusalem and the cities of Judah, its kings and officials, dto make them a desolation and a waste, a hissing and a curse, as at this day;
6 rTherefore my wrath and my anger were poured out and kindled in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem, sand they became a waste and a desolation, as at this day.
22 wThe Lord could no longer bear your evil deeds and xthe abominations that you committed. yTherefore your land has become za desolation and a waste and a curse, awithout inhabitant, as it is this day.
10 dYour holy cities have become a wilderness;
Zion has become a wilderness,
Jerusalem a desolation.
14 Moreover, I will make you ga desolation and han object of reproach among ithe nations all around you and in the sight of all who pass by.
