9 ^gBut when some became stubborn and ^hcontinued in unbelief, speaking evil of ⁱthe Way before the congregation, he withdrew from them and took the disciples with him, reasoning daily in the hall of Tyrannus.¹

23 About that time ^bthere arose no little disturbance concerning ^cthe Way.

14 But this I confess to you, that according to ^ethe Way, which they call ^fa sect, ^gI worship ^hthe God of our fathers, believing everything ⁱlaid down by the Law and written in the Prophets,

Paul Kept in Custody

22 But Felix, having a rather accurate knowledge of ^xthe Way, put them off, saying, “When Lysias the tribune comes down, I will decide your case.”

17 She followed Paul and us, ^bcrying out, “These men are ^cservants of ^dthe Most High God, who proclaim to you ^ethe way of salvation.”

4 ^eI persecuted ^fthis Way ^gto the death, binding and delivering to prison both men and women,

21 ^uAnd your ears shall hear a word behind you, saying, “This is ^vthe way, walk in it,” when you turn to the right or when you turn to the left.
