Cost
Basic Program | Clergy Program | Add Ons | Cancellation Policy
Billing and payment for health care services is complicated and can be a nightmare and we apologize for this headache. The following is our billing and payment information in as simple terms as possible. We would be glad to discuss this with you as you have questions.
Basic Program:
$500.00 for one year
This cost includes:
- Integrative Medicine Consultation and Evaluation
- Personalized Program
- Monthly Reflection Sessions
- Discounts on Supplements
- Access to On-line Support
This cost does not include:
- Add On services
- Phone bills
- Books and other materials purchased for the program
- Travel expenses to and from Health and Spirituality facilities
- Room and board
Insurance and Billing Information:
- Not covered by health insurance
- May be covered by Pastor's Continuing Education Fund
- Supplements may be covered by flex plan
- All filing with flex plan is your responsibility (necessary documentation can be provided upon request).
- Complete payment is due before program begins

Additional Services:
Clergy Program

- Two Spiritual Direction Sessions
- The book Leading a Life with God
- Four private Church Leadership consultations
This cost does not include:

Add Ons
All Add Ons are in addition to the basic Health and Spirituality Yearlong Comprehensive Healing Program.
Health and Spirituality Retreat
Prices vary according to length of stay and characteristics of your tailor made retreat.
Retreats are not covered by health insurance, but may be covered by flex plan or Pastor's Continuing Education Fund. All filing with flex plan is your responsibility (necessary documentation can be provided upon request). Complete payment is duebefore your retreat begins.
Spiritual Direction
- 60-minute sessions are $40
Retreats may be coveredy by Pastor's Continuing Education Fund. Complete payment is due at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy
Please note:
We do not offer any money back
once you have registered for the program.
The Yearlong Health and Spirituality Program is a significant commitment to make involving your time, energy, and finances. If you don't think you have time for the program, or if you are not at a place in your life where you are ready to make the effort for change, then we suggest considering the Health and Spirituality Program at a later time.
