Meditation, the practice of paying attention to our whole selves, has been a part of every culture and religion. We now know that meditative practices stimulate our body’s natural healing powers and increase our capacity for compassion and care for self and others. Come learn about meditation, get answers to FAQs (i.e. why does my mind wander when I’m trying to make it still?), and practice in a group setting. Whether you have meditated before, or are a complete beginner, this class will be a great fit!

A labyrinth is an ancient walking prayer practice based upon the notion of pilgrimage or spiritual journey. As we walk into the center towards God, we leave behind that which would hinder our relationship with the Divine. As we return out into the world, God walks with us, renewing our hearts, minds, and life.
The labyrinth is available for individual or group use.
